My Cup of Tea, Eagerly Awaited ''Pomme Frites'' and My Lesbian Mestiza!

Tea: 

-Rich in antioxidant that protects against cancer and heart diseases.

-Bone strengthener

-Lowers 'bad' cholesterol levels.

-Tea prevents hear from forming clots!

-Do you know that a cup of tea has more antioxidants than a serving of broccoli? NO offense to broccoli yummy!

-Tea deactivates body viruses and prevents teeth decay!

Green Tea:

-Richer in antioxidant

-It is an allergy fighter especially for sneezing allergens! 

-Has a soothing effect when you add fresh leaves of mint to it.

-They say that green tea rejuvenates skin cells! I don't know if the same goes for Black tea!

White Tea:

-Even much richer in antioxidant and the most expensive.

-Also claimed to rejuvenates skin cells.

Now, my cup of Black Tea is not appealing at all being served in this ugly plastic cup! but I assure it is YUMMMY with a couple of biscuits, dates or chocolate! (I had to taint my healthy post). 

I'm so healthy, oh what can i tell you?! Of course, that is when you don't know that  i ate the whole bag of Maltesers and now I'm waiting for my "Haom bour guhr et pomme frites" *lol* that is going to be washed down with a can of Redbull!

P.s. Please guys avoid unhealthy white sugar! You will just combine evil with .. oh... do whatever you want.

Very contradictory, i know.
